Q. What is the best file type to send?
A. We work from TIFF's or JPEGs primarily. If you have a RAW file you have edited, we recommend you save it as a TIFF.
Q. Do you ship to the mainland?
A. Yes, please place your order as normal and shipping will be calculated to your ZIP code.
Q. Do you color manage?
A. Yes, we print from custom, in house created color profiles for all of our media. We strive to make your prints look exactly how you want them.
Q. Do you gift wrap?
A. Yes, please make this request in the message box and include any printed message you would like to send with the print.
Q. Can I come in and see the different types of media's?
A. Yes, we are located in Haiku. Please see the contact section for location and opening times.
Q. Can I paint on top of a canvas or print after it is finished?
A. Yes, many of our customers emboss with paint on top of finished images on all medias.
Q. Do you print with Archival Ink?
A. Yes, we print with Epson original ink, no cheap substitutes!
Q. How can I clean my print?
A. Canvas prints are sealed and can be gently wiped with a damp wet cloth.
Metal prints can be wiped with an ammonia based window cleaning product.
Acrylic prints can be wiped clean with rubbing alcohol but not with Ammonia based window cleaning products as this will affect the surface of the Acrylic.
Paper prints can only be gently wiped with a dry dusting cloth.
Q. Will my prints fade?
A. All prints are designed and protected not to fade from the damage of UV rays for 100yrs. Fine Art Paper prints should also not yellow over time as they are Lignin free. Glossy photo paper prints will fade but, if protected behind glass and out of direct sunlight should last 10-15yrs with no noticable fading.
